Are you an experienced Programme Lead, looking for an opportunity to take the lead on exciting new workforce projects?

The Opportunity

I'm looking for a Programme Lead to support a Workforce Improvement Programme. My client is a leading NHS Foundation Trust, undergoing significant change and transformation

The Role

Reporting into the Director of HR, you will be chairing a Flexible Workforce and Temporary Staffing project and be the project manager on the workforce impact for a '7 day services project'. The programme governance and PID has already been put together, so you will hit the ground running, turning high level strategy into actions, getting the right resource to lead relevant workstreams and drive change forwards.

Who You'll Be

. A strong stakeholder manager, able to engage with senior member of the medical and non-medical workforce

. You will have an In-depth knowledge of workforce and temporary staffing issues and controls

. Previously worked within the NHS and understanding of how systems & processes can act as enablers to deliver change and cost improvement

. Experienced in implementing new systems, processes and ways of working

. Experienced in developing business cases and working within suppliers

. An understanding of procurement processes

. Organised and delivered significant change
