Interim Workday Process Design Lead (Compensation)

I am looking for a Global Workday Design lead to manage phase 2 of my clients HR transformation programme. The focus is to extend their current system and implement further functionality for Performance Management, Talent Management and Advanced Compensation.

You will be responsible for:
Facilitating the redesign of business processes including clarifying, identifying issues and facilitating changes to attain the highest levels of customer service, efficiency, control and compliance
Identifying the root cause of business problems and creating strong, rational business cases for change
Preparing detailed documentation in the form of process diagrams and reports
Facilitating sessions to identify process improvements and drive Lean methodology into process design
Helping to develop training courses, workshops and methods to support process management
Planning and working to deadlines
Writing user manuals
Providing training to users of the new processes

To be considered for this role you will have strong process design experience specifically for the compensation module of Workday
You must also be available to start no later than 7th December 2015.
