The Talent Acquisition Lead will be working for a growing International Consumer business to drive the following:
- Lead the recruitment of critical roles
- Identify, analyse and evaluate previous and current recruitment activity and spend
- Present a road map of best practice and recruitment methodology
- Define and implement a talent acquisition strategy
The Talent Acquisition Lead will work closely with internal stakeholders, the HR department, procurement and external recruitment agencies.
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- FMCG experience
- In House experience - ideally on an international basis
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Recent experience working in a talent role with the latest technologies and recruitment practices
- Positive, resilient, flexible approach is key with a focus on delivery
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
