As Interim Supply Chain Manager you will initially refine the basic elements of factory supply chain and underpin the department with processes to move the organisation to the next level, improving stock management, reducing costs and enhancing the value of working capital. Furthermore, the organisation currently don't have an effective S&OP process so you will also be responsible for rolling this out once the business is ready.
Key requirements:
- Proven track record as Supply Chain Manager within the Food sector
- Excellent strategic and operational management
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage both 'hands on delivery' together with establishing and rolling out strategy
