Interim Supply Chain Manager

Our client is looking for an Interim Supply Chain Manager to maintain the current high-performing operation, and develop specific areas where necessary, to certify future benefit to the business.

Managing four major key elements of the supply chain operation will consist of:

* Transport (European Distribution)
* Asset Control (Palettes & Trays)
* All Purchasing
* Customer Service (ie Order purchasing, customer journey)

Each component will be reporting into you, so you will be accountable for over £40m annual spend so it is critical that you have evolved and delivered complex programmes within supply chain, and more specifically within FMCG.

Essential:

* 5-10 years experience in Supply Chain Transformations - specifically in FMCG.
* Successful deliverables against the 4 key components listed above
* Excellent engagement and communication skills (Board-level)
* Excellent Commercial Awareness to make recommendations
* Excellent Relationship and Team Builder skills
