Interim Strategy, Planning, Design & Implementation Director

INTERIM STRATEGY, PLANNING, DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION DIRECTOR for an extended assignment with a GREENFIELD 2G/3G NETWORK OPERATOR in Afghanistan.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5 years strategy or planning management experience within mobile operating companies
- 5 years implementation/rollout management experience within mobile operating companies, including at least 4 years at Strategy or Planning or Implementation Director level
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
- Experienced in development of operational processes & procedures
- Experienced in recruitment, training and motivation of professional staff

IDEALLY:

- Senior role within the launch team of at least one new mobile operator
- Experience working in challenging environments in the MENA region

START DATE: End of 2012/Beginning of 2013

TERM: Assignment duration will be 6 months (25 weeks) with the possibility to be extended or to become permanent

LOCATION: Kabul, Afghanistan

PACKAGE:

- 800 USD per day, 6-day work week (approx 120,000 USD)
- Accommodation
- Transport/Flights, consular VISA costs
- Local transport, car, communications
- Per diem of 50$/day for food
