We are currently looking for an Interim Stakeholder/Confidence Engagement Manager for our central government client based in London. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Corporate & Strategic Communications, you will give strategic direction and consistency to the non-media communications activity ensuring the delivery of high-quality proactive communications.

Other responsibilities include:

- Operating alongside the media relations, internal and customer insight teams and providing an understanding of content, channels and audiences,
- Mapping the relationships with, and building understanding of a broad variety of stakeholders,
- Developing engagement and response channels to create advocacy and understanding for the business and its policies,
- Embedding a digital and social media approach , delivering innovative solutions to support the digital by default policy,
- Proactively support delivery of the communications strategy and key business outcomes,
- Embedding understanding and use of customer relationship management and planning techniques.

To be considered for this post you must have public sector experience, ideally central government and a track record of developing variety of stakeholder relationships and engagement and response channels.
