Projektbeschreibung
The authority are currently implementing a challenging programme of change across a number of projects including;
- The implementation of the 'High Needs Block' and budget pressures within this.
- Integrated Disabilities Service redesign
- Changes in Early Years Service.
The interim must be able to develop a stronger governance structure across projects - working with Service Managers to harness their passion and formalise process. This will involve robust challenging of planning processes and solutions. You will also provide the business unit with a financial rigour and analysis in order to achieve savings targets.
This is an initial 3 month contract (potential extensions), working toward a start date for July.
