The Client

Our client, a large global investment bank, are looking for a Senior Learning and Development Business Partner to join the L&D team in London.

The Interim Assignment
The Interim Senior Learning and Development Business Partner will join the L&D team, which consists of four members who work cross all divisions - Global Financial Advisory, Wealth Management & Trust, Banking, Merchant Banking and the Support Divisions and geographies - in partnership with the HR Generalists to provide support on the following services:
* Training and development
* Talent management
* Graduate Training
* Performance Management
* Organisation development and Change Management

The Interim Manager
The successful candidate will partner the HR Generalists and the Business Heads in the Wealth Management & Trust and Merchant Banking divisions globally, therefore you must have experience in a similar role. You will also have relevant learning and development experience in Financial Services. It is essential that you will have had recent Wealth Management or Asset Management experience otherwise your application may not be successful.
