Currently seeking a Senior Interim Head of HR for a Household name focussed on Technology solutions, based in the South East of England.

The Interim Senior HR Professional will:

- Maintain and develop HR strategies, systems, policies, procedures
- Lead and Coach the HR and Recruitment team
- Drive cultural change within the organisation and develop a talent acquisition strategy
- Establish effective strategies to ensure positive employee engagement
- Implement reward and recognition strategies

This role requires an established HR leader with extensive experience of both operational and strategic HR, recruitment and talent management. Experience of leading change in a unionised environment is also essential.
