My clients are a forward thinking Law Firm with a fantastic HR function. They are now seeking an Interim Senior HR Manager to join the team on an interim basis at their City offices and welcome applications from candidates with experience in a simmilar environment.
This is a fantastic role with real breadth and variety and a focus on relationship management and working in partnership with the Senior Leadership team of your allocated business unit and also with the Global HR team.
You will take full responsibility for developing the people strategy for your allocated division and ensuring it is implemented globally. You will work closely with the Global HR team to ensure the delivery of people management practices that contribute to the overall business strategy.
You will contribute as a member of the management team for your business unit and use your communication skills to challenge thinking and make a valuable contribution to business objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity to really make an impact in a great firm. Candidates will ideally have experience of working within a partnership or professional services environment. Experience of talent management, engagement and resourcing along with some International exposure would also be desirable. Additionally, applicants will be degree level educated and ideally CIPD qualified.
