Interim Senior Analyst/Portfolio Quality Assurance Manager

We are urgently looking for an Interim Portfolio Quality Assurance Manager to act as support to the Portfolio Director and Portfolio Delivery Lead. You will support the production of internal and external documentation related to the price review. The post holder will be located in both London and Birmingham offices and the actual time in each office will be agreed with the line manager. Deadline for applying is Tuesday, 21st Jan.

You will be also responsible for:
- Providing support to the board in decision making on the price review process through clear explanation of their approach, key issues and recommendations,
- Developing a good understanding of policy and the processes involved within the Review. This will include understanding the wider communication and messaging around the price review process,
- Contributing to the design and implementation of structure, format and processes of relevant price review documentation,
- Contribute to all external documentation for the price review process including the risk based review decision document and the Draft/Final Determination documents.

To be considered for this post you must have:
- Strong analytical skills and strong policy writing and presentation skills, with particular emphasis on producing externally facing documents,
- Familiarity with the water or utilities industry,
- Experience in analysing large volumes of complex information, extracting relevant details and policy implications,
- Ability to provide accurate, clear and concise drafting to tight deadlines,
- Clear understanding of the need for, and approach to, data assurance within published documentation,
- Ability and experience of interacting using discretion & customer-facing skills with a range of contacts outside & inside the organisation.
