Interim Reward Manager - Guildford - £300 per day - Immediate start - 4 days a week.*

My client, forward thinking Business service organisations based in Guildford. They are looking to recruit an Interim Reward Manager for initially for 6 months with a potential to go permanent. This role will involve the successful candidate to deliver expertise-driven services to the business via the HRBPs by customizing Global Rewards policies to meet the needs of their specific clients. Combine functional Compensation and Benefits. Manage local implementation of Global Rewards strategies, processes, policies and toolkits, and ensure local compliance.

Key features include:
* Execute Compensation and Benefits processes and programs at a local level in conjunction with HRMs and HRBPs and ensuring adherence to local legislation
* Support problem solving, case management and issue resolution
* Support HRBPs in interpreting business requirements and proposing the appropriate Compensation and Benefits solution to meet local or business needs
* Select local vendors where required
* Ensure market/business compensation is in line with external benchmarking
* Manage internal benchmarking within the market/business
* Define local salary and total pay structures, pay mix, and compensation cash incentives in conjunction with the Account Manager
* Agree local share schemes and equity plans with third party vendor in conjunction with the Account Manager
* Manage the local annual compensation cycle, Long Term Incentive Programs and Variable Pay Programs
* Customize and implement local pensions, healthcare and welfare benefit programs
* Coordinate local HR and Reward impact of Mergers and Acquisitions
* Provide compensation and benefits training and communication for employees and HR team
* Design and customize global performance management strategies for the market
