The assignment will involve helping the council with their Joint Strategic Needs Assessment and working in partnership with the CCGs. We are looking for a Public Health Analyst with broad experience of Public Health, who will be able to interpret public health data, draw conclusions, and write intelligent reports.
A masters in Public Health would be useful for this, however relevant work experience will also be suitable. There will also be opportunities to work on their Better Care Fund and Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment. The assignment is initially for 5 months, however they do anticipate it going on for significantly longer than this.
