I am urgently looking for an Interim (HR) Project Manager for my private sector client based in Manchester. You will be responsible for 2 projects : one is a harmonisation of T&Cs and policies and the other is the design and implementation of a new induction programme for new starters. They've come about as a result of the large scale re-organisation that the organisation has recently gone through. Deadline for applying is Monday, 7th April, 9:00 a.m.

You will be mainly responsible for:
- Harmonisation of policies, reward schemes and jobs frameworks,
- Designing induction programmes for new starters,
- Extensive stakeholder management,
- Managing plans and project finances, risks, governance and full project lifecycle
- Working closely with Head of People Transformation on the major change project.

To be considered for this post you must have:
- Strong PM skills and experience (Prince II is highly desirable)
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Supplier management (relevant to the Strategic Resourcing Partner project), especially managing the transition from an incumbent to new supplier
- HR domain experience
- Experience of working on harmonisation and induction programme projects,
- Track record of working for a complex private sector organisations (blue chip) or a mixture of both private and public sector.

You must be a strong PM who has some experience of delivering HR projects but not a purely HR professional.
