Our Local Authority Client is looking for an Interim Project Manager who will be required to manage complex projects of work, ensuring project risks and opportunities are identified, stakeholders managed, external contractors engaged and managed, and most critically - financial and non-financial benefits delivered. The successful candidate must have the flexibility to adapt to changing demands, and the strategic and systematic overview of how their project fits with the organisations wider Transformation. Reporting to the Portfolio Managers you will be responsible for delivering number of projects that contribute to a £200m savings target.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

* Relevant professional or academic qualification (Degree and or Professional Qualification) or equivalent by experience.
* Successfully completed several projects and experienced contributing to a range of other projects and/or programmes.
* Experience of successfully delivering complex transformational projects to a minimum value of 20 million in a Public Sector organisation.
* Significant Senior Management experience of working in a large complex public Sector Organisation.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to build personal credibility quickly with a variety of stakeholders.
