You will also be responsible for:
- Leading on key elements of the procurement and commercial issues of the partnering project ensuring compliance and best practice are followed,
- Ensuring that all key issues such are captured during this phase of work such as Technology, HR/TUPE, matters requiring legislative cover,
- Providing a key point of contact with the partner organisation to ensure that key processes such as data capture, due diligence can be delivered to agreed timelines.
- Working with Finance and other personnel to build a robust business case
- Creating and managing the governance and reporting arrangements.
To apply for this role you must have:
- Extensive experience of public sector procurement and contract management in a senior management capacity
- Experience and knowledge of outsourcing and market testing.
- A MCIPS qualification.
- An extensive commercial experience and financial awareness.
- Managerial experience of significant business change.
Project management experience ideally with a suitable qualification ( Prince2, MSP)
