A modern, well established UK based company are actively recruiting for an Interim Project Engineer who has experience and knowledge of working within a demanding fast moving consumer goods (FMCG/FOOD) environment.

The Project Engineer will have experience of managing Projects, planning, developing, quoting and justifying technical solutions and creating improvements, with the ability to communicate at all levels and take leadership of projects with a methodical approach to their work.

Project Engineer Key responsibilities:
Managing new installation of production machinery from concept to completion, organising Contractor starts and managing on site, engineering projects using best available techniques, interpret technical drawings, develop and appraise technical solutions, cost reduction and material improvements using lean principles, ensure project work is engineered using best practices, ability to demonstrate project leadership, and all health & safety is completely compliant on projects
