Interim Procurement Lead

We are urgently looking for a highly experienced Interim Procurement Lead to act as the key member for an EU compliant competitive dialogue procurement for an electronic service delivery platform.

The right interim must be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of leading, coordinating and managing a high profile competitive dialogue procurement within Local Government. The competitive dialogue experience does not necessarily have to be across the Commercial Services but it would be of benefit.

The assignment is to ensure the entire process runs smoothly, that all documentation is in place at the appropriate time, meetings are managed effectively and focus is maintained throughout.

Essential skills
- Extensive knowledge of Competitive Dialogue Procurement
- Excellent stakeholder management at all levels.
- Local Government experience.
