Panoramic Associates are urgently currently looking for an Interim Process Performance Manager to join one of the UK's Leading Utilities Companies, who are seeking someone to be at the forefront of their continuous improvement strategy and model initiative across the business. This will be an end to end process in proactive analysis, design and architecture of innovative solutions to mitigate risk, operational inefficiencies and providing strong a commercial advantage to the business.

To be considered for this role;

- You must have a clear and detailed understanding of implementing successful improvement projects and strategies
- Be a proactive and professional communicator, especially when dealing with senior stakeholders throughout the business
- Have experience of developing tangible and realistic business cases for the improvement of operational processes and CSAT strategy

Ideally the successful candidate would come from a Big Four' consultancy background in Utilities, however this is not an absolute necessity but strong Energy and/or Utilities experience is required.

This promises to be a very exciting and rewarding opportunity for someone who has passion and ambition to lead a Wholesale business through a Continuous Improvement Strategy positively impacting on CSAT scoring and solution architecture.
