With only the basic foundations of a PMO currently established, you will be instrumental in developing this function to provide a fit for purpose and robust PMO to support a number of change projects to drive aggressive growth and cost reduction initiatives.
You will own and manage the programme plan and governance structure together whilst also developing the full cycle of financial control and resource planning function. The successful candidate will also manage reports and coordinate all information from workstreams for the change board to sign off and drive delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity to establish and shape a PMO within an extremely high profile and dynamic FMCG organisation.
Requirements:
- 3 years PMO management experience of working (ideally) with FMCG organisations
- Previous experience of setting up PMOs would be beneficial
- Proven experience of supporting IT change programmes
- Experience of resource collation and planning together with financial and budgetary control
- Ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across various organisational departments
