Interim - Plant Managment am Standort Queretaro, MEX

* Support and coach of the Plant Manager
* Develop clear Organization structure, plant communication (meetings, information, KPI reporting & tracking) and reporting lines
* Establish APU managers and daily/weekly/monthly performance management system
* Lead Hoshin Kanri Process on the shop floor (Plant KPI cascaded down to production cells) and all other areas (LOG, Q, IE etc)
* Coordinate serial production requirements with new projects launch requirements
* Organize new HC introduction and training
* Shop Floor Management
* Establish shop floor management structure / team & shift leaders
* Setting up a shop floor management system (hourly boards, performance management & target setting, Area GPS/GPQ, Plant GPS/GPQ) and train associated management team
* Train shop floor management HC / team & shift leaders on Leadership systematic
* Introduce escalation systematic for shop floor problems
* Lead & develop the local GPS Team (GPS Manager, GPS Engineer, Kanban Trainer,..)
* Coordinate training for APU, SV & shift leaders on GPS basics, especially problem solving methodologies
* Business Process Reengineering -" GBS compliance/ Focus on Logistics Processes
* Map current business processes
* Define target status aligned to the material flow (VSM) and SAP blue print
* Develop action plan for business process improvements and SAP migration
* Material Flow Improvements -" GPS alignment
* Lead implementation of critical shop floor improvements
* Identify target GPS status for Queretaro, develop and monitor appropriate action plan
* Define target VSM and roadmap with local team (Logistics, Plant Management, Industrial)

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

* Bilingual (English/ Spanish required)
* More then 8 years production management & plant lead experience
* More then 5 years Logistics management experience
* Robust SAP knowledge/ experience
* Strong influencer, change management experience
* Listening ability
* Analytical, structured and hands on
* able to coach plant manager
