You will be specifically working on the overseas recruitment project for Nurses (mainly in Europe). My client is looking for someone who can advise and consultant them on best practise around running an overseas recruitment campaign. You will then manage and oversee the project as well as transferring knowledge for them to continually have a process in place for overseas recruitment moving forward.
You will proactively attract, screen and secure Nurses across Europe. You will need to have proven experience in setting up and managing overseas recruitment projects for Nurses as well as being passionate, driven and able to work under pressure and to targets. You will be able to work from home with occasional travel to hospitals when required.
