My client is looking for an interim Organisational Design Lead to work within their existing HR Shared Service to evaluate, design and transition the future state, structure and operating model of the function. The business outcome is to have a more streamlined, effective and smooth HR function.
To do this you will need strong experience in Organisational Design tools and methods, be highly analytical with a proven track record of delivering sustainable change. A consultancy background is highly desirable. You will also need Organisational Design experience within an HRSS/Back Office function
