Interim Organisation Design Lead

I am currently working on an exciting opportunity that forms part of a programme that will transform the entire HR target operating model within a global company
As the organisation design lead, you will play a key role in Programme and will be responsible for developing the optimal organisation design for the future HR Function covering HR Centres of Excellence, HR Business Partners, HR Service Delivery and in-country HR.

Key responsibilities will include:
. Mapping & analysing all current HR activities and capturing populations, size and skills distribution/contract status.
. Maintaining the understanding of the "as-is" model throughout the duration of the project.
. Gathering and analysing employee information (labour relations, employee relations, HR policies and processes, and country legal requirements) on the organization's environment and systems for impacts to change effort.
. Reviewing the to-be Business Process Design to understand organization/role impacts, and creating role descriptions for business process roles.
. Designing the jobs and teams including mapping jobs to roles, defining skills requirements, and designing teams and reporting relationships. Determining the workforce size of the affected organization.
. Supporting job evaluations and salary benchmarking for all future HR roles.
. Defining the to-be skills/knowledge requirements for the affected workforce and the characteristics of the current workforce.
. Aligning performance objectives, behaviours, and incentives with job designs and team designs as well as identifying critical/redundant jobs and developing job sourcing plan to achieve business objectives.
. Developing the organization transition approach to help the organization implement the planned changes as well as defining change initiatives to mitigate risk.
