- Uses managerial, interpersonal, and clinical skills to model, motivate, and monitor team performance resulting in superior quality, service, and financial outcomes
- Supervise the operating room clinical staff
- Run the OR board and schedule efficiently based upon needs of patient, surgeon and staff
- 13 OR suites
- Reports to: OR Manager
- Types of cases seen: Everything with the exception of transplants or pediatrics
- Union Facility
