This role will offer the right candidate the chance to partner with the business and display a set of strategic innovation and application.
The role will be responsible for:
- Strategic change within the recruitment function
- Managing high volume recruitment hires
- Taking on key projects on a global scale
- Hiring experts throughout the business over corporate functions
- Managing RPO relationship and performance
- Managing and controlling performance across the resourcing team
