Interim Omni-Channel Director

THE CLIENT
Green Park is partnering a renowned high street retailer (circa £1 Billion in UK turnover) through turnaround and brand re-positioning across the UK Highstreet.
Due to a re-structure amongst the operating board, there is a unique opportunity to move into a newly created opportunity as the Omni-Channel Director, responsible all digital activities throughout the brand.

THE INTERIM ASSIGNMENT
We are currently within stage one of turnaround, due to re-structure at operating board we will be merging previous roles into a newly created Omni-Channel Director, responsible for all digital activities throughout the brand (there will be a heavy emphasis on trading within this role).

This will be a key leadership assignment which encompasses everything through executive relationship management; assisting with detailed digital strategy and roadmap development in addition to day to day running of the Digital functions, team size circa 60 FTE's.

THE INTERIM MANAGER
You will need to be an established proven Omni-Channel/Multi-Channel Director who has operated within highly recognised retail brands among the Highstreet, this experience will ideally be based within apparel as well as general merchandise however we will consider grocery retailers with significant GM/non-food exposure.

In addition to being a proven Digital leader, we will also require an individual with superb management and interpersonal skills; you will be responsible for creating and driving forward a newly established team as well as having full exec board stakeholder engagement, therefore as much as managing down will be of great importance, we will also need to see proven experience of managing up.
