Interim Omni-Channel Director

THE CLIENT
Green Park are partnering a highly regarded SME high street retailer who are now focussing future strategy, growth and expansion, both here in the UK and overseas.

Due to this growth we will be looking to appoint a permanent Global Omni-channel Director however while this process takes place, we require a proven Interim Omni-Channel Director to oversee the entire Omni-channel function from a helicopter vantage.

This opportunity will last for a period of 6 to 9 months to assist with expansion, developing and enhancing our clients digital activities whilst operating with an increasing degree of sophistication in its approach to customer acquisition and retention.

THE INTERIM ASSIGNMENT
You will be responsible for all Omni-channel globally throughout this assignment, partnering all key stakeholders and will be a key part of the leadership team of the business during this transition assisting the client's vision for the future.

You will take day-to-day control of all Omni-channel activities and associated team members and will work closely the executive team. Performance in the role will be measured on success of marketing activities as well as on success in creating a more integrated approach right across the business.

THE INTERIM CANDIDATE
You will need to be an established proven Interim Omni-Channel Director within highly successful high street retailers to be considered for this opportunity, ideally you will have grown your career throughout both high street as well as luxury retail.

In addition to being a proven Interim Omni-Channel Director we will also require an individual with superb management and interpersonal skills; you will be responsible for driving forward a newly established team as well as having stakeholder engagement.
