I am looking for a Quality Improvement Lead for Mental Health and Community Services to work in South UK.
Must have excellent NHS Qualtiy and Improvement experience ideally within a Mental Health Setting - or a good mixture of both attributes if not combined. The role holder will also need to hold very good experience of Serious Incidents (SIs), again, ideally within a MH environment.
Working across the Cluster and CCGs the candidate will ultimately be responsible for developing the Quality Framework for MH and Comm Servs; including defining measurable quality standards and metrics which will inform and populate the organisations contracts with commissioned services.
