Practicus are urgently recruiting for an experienced Materials controller or Manager for a major food manufacturing client.
Essentially your role will be to bring the supply of raw materials under control ensuring that excess stock is managed down and that stock outs are reduced. Implementing systems and processes so that stock cover can be analysed in line with MRP Requirements.
You will also create a transparent stock management system in line with industry best practice. You'll need to quickly get the best out of the current systems and people in place but also design and implement a new 3 year solution.
