TechNET are currently recruiting for a global leader in cutting Edge Display Technology.

I am seeking an Interim Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is to develop and execute communication campaigns across multiple product categories within the Education market at both end user and channel level. Activities may include all forms of marketing including direct marketing, events, e-marketing, collateral and sales support tools

Market areas include Nursery, Primary, Secondary, Further/Higher Education and Special Education Needs as well as specialist areas such as University Technical Colleges or Teaching Schools

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with key strategic stakeholders within the company to understand the key issues within Education (by market segment) and how to effectively talk' to the key decision makers within those sectors.

Develop detailed Marketing and Campaign Plans for taking products to the Education sector
-

Develop a supporting channel plan which ensures that the channel are informed of all planned end user communications within a time frame which enables the channel to proactively launch/mirror campaigns into the education market

Deliver segmented communication programmes, developing appropriate messaging and media to influence target audiences across all sub-sectors within Education

Manage campaign budgets whilst evaluating and monitoring the impact of all short-term and long-term marketing campaigns

Work with relevant personnel, SMART and agencies to create a social media marketing plan which overlays the Education marketing plan and engages both our end user and reseller channels

Work with Product Marketing to build go-to-market solutions for each sub sector of Education for the product portfolio

- Develop and maximise multiple agency relationships to ensure rapid deliver on brand objectives and campaign strategies

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

-

Highly organised, good planning and prioritisation skills
-

Proven ability to manage multi-brand, multi-stage projects using a mix of vendor and channel resources

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to influence at a high level

Proven ability to maximise parallel campaign activities through effective adoption and management of agencies

CIM Professional Diploma or similar qualification
-

An understanding of online marketing - including email, social media and website development/management

Proven communications experience gained in a Marketing Department within an IT/AV or channel based business focused on the Education Market
