Significant property experience
Experience running property development projects
Experience within construction, purchase and sales
Knowledge of property law and tax
Experienced in managing large teams and projects and working in multi-disciplinary teams
Capable of managing staff in other areas (Procurement, Law, Company Secretary etc) general property matters, R&M, leasehold contracts, dilapidations etc.
This position would be for an initial period of 3-6 months and is looking to pay £400-£450 a day, starting as soon as possible.
