Interim Manager Director - Mental Health and Learning Disabilit

Our client has a locum job vacancy for an Interim Manager Director to work within mental health and learning disability services in the South East of England. This vacancy has an initial 6 month contract and the pay rate for this role is 500-800 per day depending on experience (limited company worker).

This progressive NHS Trust is the leading provider of mental health and learning disability services within their region and is structured into regional strategic business units with a Managing Director for each.

Duties:
- Leading the provision of all services within the region
- Being accountable for the business unit
- Undertaking day to day leadership of operational, financial and commercial management for all services delivered
- Ensuring high quality care is delivered so that it exceeds service targets
- Managing so that service users are at the forefront in addition to playing a lead role in the relationship with the CCG

Requirements:
- Proven leader within the NHS, having managed people, relationships, operations and budgets to ensure high quality services
- Forward thinking, able to adapt and innovate, and adopt fresh ideas and thinking as your business unit evolves
- Be able to work with senior clinicians and multi professional teams, and external stakeholders and partners, and lead staff groups with broad skills
- You will be a proven service innovator, with programme and project management experience in delivering improvements in care, and in better efficiencies in services.
- Have board level experience, and you must have been accountable for a significant operational area within mental health and learning disability
