Interim Major Projects Communications Manager

Our Public Sector client based in London is seeking an experienced Interim Major Projects Communications Manager to be responsible for delivering the communications advice for key projects, working closely with different areas of the business and the communications team. Deadline for applying is Tuesday, 28th Jan.

The roles will also involve:

- Developing plans and commission work, using depth of communications knowledge,
- Providing advice and support for consistent and effective campaigns to project communications activity,
- Working with projects to develop their steakholder planning, engagement and communications expertise,
- Using digital and social media channels from customer insight and working across all communications disciplines,
- Working closely with Internal Comms and Press Office,
- Delivering innovative solutions to support the digital by default policy and transform our communications activity.

To be considered for this post you must have:

- Experience of working for public sector, ideally central government,
- Excellent communications knowledge, including stakeholder, internal and external experience and media understanding and social and digital skills,
- Experience of delivering innovative solutions to support digital by default policy and transforming communication activity,
- Experience of working with projects on developing stakeholder planning, engagement and communications expertise.
