Interim M&A/Corporate Finance Director

The role will focus on supporting a dynamic entrepreneurial CEO through a number of investments throughout the private group (circa 10 deals). You will need to have a proven background within corporate finance/mergers & acquisition experience gained in either a boutique investment bank or a Big 4 accountancy firm.
You will need to be a very fast passed individual and be excellent at time management. You will have an ACA, Corporate Finance Qualification or MBA expected as minimum with a proven track record in mid cap deals (£1 to £50 Million).
