Interim Learning and Development Lead - Change

This extremely high profile financial services organisation require Learning and Development Manager to lead their organisation through a period of fundamental transformation and change. The organisation has recently gained the ability to have much more authority in their activities and as such are embarking on three areas of change. HR Transformations, structural transformation and cultural transformation.

In their new HR model they require a fundamental change to their Learning and Development activities. Historically, the organisation has delivered BAU change to a management level with little focus on ROI. Moving forward the Learning landscape needs to become auditable in terms of ROI and much more focused on cultural, leadership and business value add. This will include a complete review of their learning department.

Successful individuals will be best in class Learning and Development professioanls with a wealth of experience in blue chip organisations that have Leading edge and ROI focused learning activities. Your day to day BAU abilities will be second to none and you will be able to demonstrate significant change management experience and success within organisations of at least 10,000FTE where you have led change from a Learning and Development perspective.

The role is initially an interim 6 month contract but anyone interested in an interim to permanent option would be welcomed. Individuals must have FS experience.
