Interim L&D Specialist - Group IT Learning Academy

I am currently working on a rare and exciting opportunity to join my client in the early stages of developing their learning academy for their group IT team.

The academies are an integral part of the learning strategy and support technical capability development within the group. They will offer a tailored curriculum compromising of learning pathways spanning a variety of learning methods.

You will be responsible for the full learning cycle as part of the Academy build; delivering the Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) activity to generate data and producing a specification for the curriculum. A full learning specification will need to be prepared on the basis of the LNA data to determine the Group IT Academy curriculum as the first phase of the academy setup.

This role will also lead the procurement process in partnership with the project team and procurement to identify and select good quality learning content and design.

It is essential that you have demonstrable experience in delivering learning academies as well as commissioning/procuring sizeable learning contracts and supplier management. It would be highly desirable if you have done this specifically for employees in the technical/IT space, however the suppliers will have strong subject matter expertise in this area.

This is a 5 month contract to start at the beginning of May 2015
