Interim IT Work Place Manager

My client requires a highly skilled Technologist wanted for the Operations Department.
This role for someone who loves leading edge technology, horizon scanning and creating innovative solutions to sort out Operational issues.
1.- Manage the Workplaces department which is oriented to the manage and support to all the IT Infrastructures related to the job position and shared infrastructures at destination offices, national and international as well as collaboration with the IT projects.
2.- Someone with a passion for customer service, who will review the latest trends and will pro-actively suggest continuous improvement so that users are delighted to come to work and have all the best tools to be able to work in the office "better than at home".
3.- Someone that is cost conscious and will always look to improve service while reducing costs per user with innovative solutions with regards printing, power, video conferencing, PBX and telephony (cloud based contact centers), etc. Being able to take advantage of IoT in order to improve monitoring of the various UPS, Power and A/C units to reduce cost of failure and cost of monitoring.
4.- Someone that will be constantly thinking about how the latest trends such as crowd-sourcing, measuring results based productivity for local and teleworkers, BYOD, technological kiss & punch, etc.
5.- Someone that is pro-actively working on Integrating (not just interoperability) collaboration technology, such as voice, video and content sharing tools, into communication systems, business applications and workflows in order to drive adoption. New technologies such as WebRTC, standards-based video, rich SDKs and a deeper understanding of unified communications applications will be a plus.
6.- Understand and suggest workplace like noise cancellation, lighting adjustments and digital white-boarding, for example. Understands also how extreme mobility will affect the workplace through more use of near field communications (NFC), Wi-Fi, Ultrasonic and other wireless technologies, which will give mobile device users easier and more secure access to an enterprise's visual collaboration tools
