A leading professional services organisation is currently recruiting an IT Trainer to cover a period of maternity leave. Providing in-house IT training and development, you will drive best practice and increase efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:
*Deliver in-house IT training programmes to all employees by conducting instructor-led courses, consultancy, one-to-one coaching and group workshops
*Drive IT best practice through the business
*Lead the rollout of business critical software applications across the organisation
*Design, develop and review courseware and materials
*Provide high level software support and guidance
*Collaborate with the Systems Operations and Systems Development teams

Key Experience:
*Previous experience in a similar role is essential
*Previous experience in a fast pace, commercial environment
*A highly motivated team player with good communication skills
*Advanced user of Office 2012
*Project management experience
*Full UK driving licence and ability and willingness to travel for work purposes
