Interim IT Recruitment Project Manager

Are you an experienced In-house recruiter with a proven track record of recruiting IT professionals at all levels?

If so I would keen to speak to you to discuss an exciting interim opportunity to work with one of my clients who requires support to deliver a number of outstanding and critical vacancies within their In-house IT department.

You will need to be extremely hands on to support managers with the end to end process from briefing agencies, agreeing terms and conditions with suppliers, setting up interviews, conducting right to work checks, creating interview packs, conducting interviews and supporting managers in the decision making process.

The business would like to recruit these critical roles by the end of November so this is an extremely fast pace assignment. To be considered for this role you will need to have a proven track record of recruiting IT professionals at all levels - from Helpdesk to Director and understand the technical terms and requirements

You will need to be a natural coach and leader to support and guide managers through the process.
