PART TIME/FULL- TIME EMPLOYMENT- INTERIM ROLE (6-12 MONTHS)

Reporting to the Managing Director, we're offering a qualified commercial solicitor an exciting opportunity to join our head office in Bristol to support our delivery and sales functions. Working as part of a team of two, this is an interim part time/full time position with great potential to develop legal and commercial skills working at the heart of a thriving business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Liaising and negotiating with clients to build and maintain non-standard and core commercial agreements.
- Reviewing and advising on incoming client terms and related documentation.
- Researching into current/new recruitment industry and general commercial legislation.
- Exploring European and international legislation to support our expansion.
- Prioritising work applying deadlines and taking into account commercial worth.
- Delivering projects displaying a high degree of quality and on time.
- Advising on internal situations requiring an employment law perspective.
- Handling litigious caseload and liaising with external legal advisors where necessary.
- Responding to internal queries on a day-to-day basis including the interpretation of clauses.
- Supporting the strategic direction of RSG and displaying commercial acumen.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

- To be a generalist with proven experience in commercial contract law and a working understanding of employment law.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels (internal and external).
- Ability to analyse and interpret information.
- Excellent relationship building capabilities.
- You will have a credible and professional approach.
