Practicus are excited to be partnering with a well-known and recognised company in their search for X2 HR Project Managers to support a large HR programme

My client is currently in the middle of a programme to centralise a number of key HR activities such as recruitment as well as improving current process within the various layers of their HRSS and COE.
As the HR Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating the activities to centralise a number of HR related activities, improve current process and enhance the overall customer experience and service

It is vital you have an excellent knowledge of HR processes and best practise, ideally within a shared service model

It is imperative you have advanced project management skills and experience and be able to create and own a plan, reporting, risks and issues etc
