As the HR Process Analyst you will be responsible for designing and documenting as-is and to-be HR processes across the whole hire to retire life cycle.
You will have a strong understanding of HRSS centre set ups, HR systems and how these underpin processes, structures and overall HRSS service delivery. It is also important you understand change management and the impacts on people/reporting lines
You will provide sound advice to support the client re-engineer and recover their shared service operation. You will also support a number of other key projects such as the ESS/MSS implementation.
