Interim HRIS Project & Change Manager

This is a fantastic 12 month interim opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with experience in deploying and implementing HRIS solutions.

You will join an existing and experienced programme team where there are a number of SME's and Workstreams in flight ie IT, Change, Communications, Training. The client needs this person to pull those workstreams together to ensure there is consistency and the plan is running smoothly.

Your main deliverables will be:
Responsible for the delivery of the change & Implementation Work Stream
Responsibility for planning own work and work of other resources within the project.
Responsibility for understanding the cross-dependencies on other projects and resources
Ability to manage multiple activities at the same time with conflicting priorities
Develop a close working relationship with the business SME's and understand, interpret and document business requirements.
Identify and mitigate risk, both risks in the project and consequential risks to the business
Ensure quality of solution and project delivery is high, and ensure benefits are identified and realised
Ensure suitable and regular communication with key stakeholders
Use initiative to propose enhancements and changes which deliver benefit to the business
Facilitation of workshops and outputs
Management of RAID registers and regular reporting to the programme of progress and issues impacting delivery.
Communication to the Business & Programme of the progress/success of the Work Stream.

You will need to have a proven and successful track record in project management, specifically for HR enabled change such as HRIS, HRSS or a new Target Operating Model/Service Delivery model.

Candidates must have HRIS implementation experience to be considered for this assignment.

You will be working closely with the HRIS Programme Manager to ensure the workstreams, milestones and objectives are being met and providing solutions and advice when they are not.
