Are you a creative HRIS communications specialist who specialises in preparing businesses for change through effective and engaging communications?
I am currently working on an exciting 4 month interim assignment to support my client in their global cloud based HRIS implementation
Your focus will be around the development of communications for a global audience in preparation for a number of phased go lives over the next 4 months
You will oversee the writing, designing and development of the communications through various methods and will also be managing and supporting the internal change agents. You will be holding and leading regular meetings and updates with the change agents to ensure there is engagement and a clear understanding of the communication requirements.
This is a hands on role that requires a natural creative flair, excellent writing skills and a self-starter to ensure the relevant users in the business are engaged and ready for the change.
A vast amount of communications and content has already been designed; however there is still a lot of work to do in the markets that haven't gone live yet
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high profile HR transformation programme in the delivery of their new HRIS.
Previous experience in designing and delivering communications connected to a HRIS implementation is essential! Global experience is desirable
