An experienced HRIS Communications and Training Writer is required to join a Prestigious Global business who are modernising their HR systems and Processes.
The focus of the role will be around the development of communications, but also to write training materials and guides (PowerPoints, small videos of concept of HRIS, helping with the development of how to guides and FAQs.) for a global audience in connection with the implementation of a new HRIS solution.
The role needs a hands on approach and requires a natural creative flair, excellent writing skills and a self-starter who will ensure the relevant users in the business are engaged and ready for the change.
You need to be able to create effective and engaging communications and training materials with minimal budget. The client may also draw upon 3rd party agencies to support the initiative, although a provider hasn't been selected management of this third party will also be part of the role.
Overseeing the writing, designing, testing and trialling of the comms and training, you will be working closely with each countries change agents and HR management to ensure the communications and training is relevant to each market.
In return this is an opportunity to be an instrumental part of a Global change, to steer and direct the implementation and to leave a sustainable change in place.
