Interim HRBP/Organisation Design - Global IT

Practicus are excited to be partnering with a global organisation who are embarking on one of their largest transformation programmes within the IT division.
They are now seeking an experienced HRBP/organisation design specialist who can help shape, design and implement a fit for purpose and robust IT division that will leverage their capability and service globally.
There is a high level design plan in place and your role will be to work closely with the relevant stakeholders and CIO to facilitate and suggest an appropriate structure for the department and advice on implications, risks and issues. Once the plan has been agreed, it will then be your responsibility to implement the changes through consultations etc
It is important you have managed change within a global IT related programme from organisation design to consultations and transition.
