Are you looking for a new contract to start on Monday 2nd February?

Do you have both NHS and private sector experience including a strong HR and change background?

Practicus are excited to be partnering with one of the largest facilities management and service providers in the UK.
As part of a recent contract win and TUPE transfer into their business, they have identified the need for a change programme to implement and create better efficiencies and services.
As the interim HRBP you will play a key role in this change, whilst working closely with the legal team and Managing Director for that division.
The changes and issues have been identified and it will be your job to put those actions into place. You will create the project plan and approach then deliver consultations and negotiations with unions and employees where appropriate. These changes could vary from shifts, hours, roles, structures etc.
The business outcome is to have improved quality and service across the multi sited contract so this isn't necessarily a redundancy or cost savings exercise.
It is essential that you not only have experience in commercial sectors but have also managed people change within an NHS environment/contract, therefore giving you solid knowledge on their terms & conditions, union relationships, restrictions and potential impacts to change.
You will also have a strong background in HR, employment law and change management. You will ideally be CIPD qualified.
