Our Central Government client is seeking an experienced Interim HR Workforce Planning/Organisation Design specialist for an initial 6 month contract to join the HR Business Partner team. The role can be either based in Berkshire or South West England. Deadline for applying is Monday, 27th January 2014.

Main responsibilities:
-Working closely with the Strategic Workforce Planning lead to deliver on a wide range of business as usual work and projects
- Establishing quarterly meetings between HRBPS and Directors, covering workforce planning, capability planning, succession planning, etc.

_ Reviewing the impact of changes on Organisational Design and assessing the resource requirements for the organization in 2017/2018
- Assessing future resource requirements for the organization
- Engaging with stakeholders
- Building a working relationship along with the rest of the HR Business Partner team

To apply for this role you must have:
- A proven track record of Workforce Planning and delivering Organisational Design within public sector organisations, ideally central government or a complex commercial organization
- The ability to quickly establish credibility in a demanding environment
- The ability to work with a broad range of people and targeting communications to different audiences
- The ability to be flexible and highly productive, personally producing documents, designing processes and working closely with HR BPs
